ELEVATE your Rate: Improve Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Rates

Influenza vaccination of healthcare workers has been proven to reduce the spread of illness among staff and patients as well as lower healthcare costs. In spite of this fact, immunization rates among healthcare personnel (HCP) remains low. New York State and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has implemented mandated reporting of HCP influenza immunization status. IPRO has compiled a list of resources to help facilities design effective immunization programs for HCP and improve their influenza vaccination rates.
